IF YOU NEED TO MODIFY THE SIZE OR COLOUR OF YOUR ITEM, PLEASE CONTACT INFO@BASYQS.COM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE BEFORE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN FULFILLED.
ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN FULFILLED, NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE.
ANY GIVEAWAY ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE AND CAN NOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED.

Order Cancellations

WE DO NOT ALLOW CANCELLATIONS ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN CONFIRMED, EXCEPT WHERE REQUIRED UNDER AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW.

RETURNS & STORE CREDIT

WE OFFER CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

  • RETURN REQUESTS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY
  • ITEMS MUST BE UNWORN, UNWASHED, AND IN ORIGINAL CONDITION
  • ALL ORIGINAL TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED
  • CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
  • ORIGINAL SHIPPING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

ALL APPROVED CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS ARE ISSUED AS BASYQS E-GIFT CARDS ONLY.

WE DO NOT OFFER CASH OR CREDIT CARD REFUNDS FOR CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS.

RETURNS ARE REVIEWED AND PROCESSED WITHIN 5–7 BUSINESS DAYS OF BEING RECEIVED AT OUR FACILITY.

IF A FAILURE IS CONSIDERED MAJOR UNDER ACL, YOU ARE ENTITLED TO A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT.

IF THE FAILURE IS MINOR, WE MAY CHOOSE TO REPAIR OR REPLACE THE ITEM.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

  • CLEAR PHOTOS OF THE ISSUE
  • YOUR ORDER NUMBER

WE WILL ASSESS THE ISSUE AND PROVIDE A RESOLUTION IN ACCORDANCE WITH AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

PROMOTIONAL PRICING AND DISCOUNTS CANNOT BE APPLIED RETROACTIVELY.

ORDERS PLACED PRIOR TO THE START OF A SALE OR PROMOTION ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR PRICE ADJUSTMENTS OR PARTIAL REFUNDS, EXCEPT WHERE REQUIRED UNDER AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
